This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, opening a host/foodie account, posting material, editing your profile, making a reservation, and includes but is not limited to your name, address, email address, phone number and if you are a host (a user who offers meals), bank account, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (and any other online payment methods) details, or if you are a foodie (a user who reserves meals) and make a reservation via our mobile application, billing information. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our site or a booking. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. We may also keep details of transactions you carry out through our application and your reservations. We may further keep details of your usage of our mobile application including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential.
All Members may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile. If you would like us to cancel your Homefuud Account, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation or a legitimate business reason to retain the information contained in your Homefuud Account. Please note that, if you cancel your Homefuud Account, any reviews you have posted via the Application will remain publicly viewable via the Site and Application.
